В Україні може діяти заборона на готівку: українська влада хоче заборонити готівку й серйозно дискутує з цього приводу. Якщо цю заборону введуть, то розрахуватися можна буде банківською карткою або за допомогою P2P переказів.
Чому хочуть заборонити готівкові платежі в Україні
Плани з приводу скасування готівки в Україні озвучив заступник голови Офісу президента України Ростислав Шурма на конференції Ukraine Recovery Conference у Лондоні. Таким чином планується покращити ситуацією з корупцією всередині країни.
Тим не менш, говорити про те, що в Україні однозначно буде заборона готівки ще рано. Оскільки не всі в уряді погоджуються на це. Зокрема, дискусії проводяться й у команді президента. Як заявляють противники цієї ідеї, заборона на готівку – це пряме порушення прав людини. З іншого боку, як зазначають прихильники ідеї, заборона готівкових платежів може стати дуже ефективним антикорупційним інструментом в Україні.
Наразі більша частина українців користується саме електронними платіжками та безготівковими розрахунками. В мобільних додатках банків можна сплатити комунальні платежі, поповнити мобільний рахунок та здійснити безліч інших операцій. Тому відмова від готівки не має бути складним процесом.
З іншого боку, варто також зважати на те, що Україна може не бути готовою до різкої заборони готівки. Зокрема, мова йде про літніх людей, яким може бути складно користуватися електронними платіжками. Але якщо таку заборону введуть, то Україна стане першою країною у світі, де повністю заборонена готівка.
