Українських пенсіонерів зобов’яжуть проходити щорічну фізичну ідентифікацію. Таке рішення підтримав Кабінет Міністрів України. Втім, таке нововведення стосується не всіх категорій пенсіонерів.
Хто з пенсіонерів буде зобов’язаний проходити щорічну фізичну ідентифікацію?
Нещодавно стало відомо, що Кабінет Міністрів України підтримав законодавчу ініціативу, яка стосується пропорційного обчислення страхового стажу особам, які працювали за межами України. Як повідомляє у своєму telegram-каналі Мінреінтеграції, в межах цієї ініціативи було врегульовано такі питання:
Виплати пенсій громадянам України, які проживають на тимчасово окупованих територіях або під час окупації виїхали на територію, яка підконтрольна Україні.
Виплата пенсій громадянам України, які наразі проживають за її межами.
Що стосується першої категорії пенсіонерів, то в цьому випадку пенсія буде виплачуватися тоді, якщо такий громадянин України не отримував пенсії на території, що тимчасово підконтрольна РФ. У цьому випадку потрібно буде довести це документально, тобто написати заяву й вказати у ній про неотримання пенсії на окупованій території.

У другому випадку виплата пенсій буде здійснюватися на рахунок в українському банку. При цьому, щоб надалі її отримувати, пенсіонери повинні будуть щорічно, до 31 грудня, проходити процедуру фізичної ідентифікації. Її можна буде пройти онлайн за допомогою додатку Дія, або офлайн, звернувшись у консульство.
У випадку, якщо пенсіонер не пройде цієї процедури, його можуть навіть позбавити української пенсії. Тих категорій громадян, які не виїжджали за кордон або не перебували й не перебувають на тимчасово окупованій території, нововведення не стосуються.
