Чому Publicis Groupe Ukraine звільняє працівників? Міжнародна маркетингова компанія Publicis Groupe Ukraine запропонувала своїм співробітникам, які виїхали з України, повернутися до 25 вересня 2023 року. В іншому випадку компанія не продовжуватиме співпрацю з ними.

Співробітникам, які виїхали за кордон, запропонували повернутися до України до 25 вересня 2023 року, інакше компанія не буде із ними працювати надалі. Про причини CEO компанії Енвер Кікава.
Енвер Кікава заявив, що компанія вірить у перемогу та продовжує працювати над відновленням свого бізнесу та бізнесу своїх клієнтів. Важливою частиною цього процесу є присутність української команди Publicis Groupe у рідній країні.
Бажання компанії підтримувати живий контакт та взаємодію між співробітниками.
Зниження ефективності співпраці команди.
Кікава також зазначив, що хоча ризики перебування в Україні залишаються великими, ситуація стала більш контрольованою і передбачуваною. Саме це підштовхнуло більшість працівників до повернення. Він відзначив, що схожі тенденції спостерігаються і серед їх клієнтів та партнерів з рекламного ринку.
Компанія активно спілкувалася зі своїми співробітниками про це рішення з початку 2023 року, надаючи їм можливість вирішити, чи готові вони повертатися. Тим, хто відчував сумніви щодо повернення, була запропонована допомога в пошуку роботи в офісах Publicis Groupe в інших країнах.
