Ситуація для українців, які бажають приїхати до Німеччини, кардинально змінилася. Раніше українські біженці у ФРН отримували посвідку на тимчасове проживання за 24 параграфом, але тепер з 04.03.2024 Німеччина не застосовуватиме 24 параграф, постанова не діє для нових в’їздів.
Постанова під назвою UkraineAufenthÜV с початку бойових дій була дійснго підставою для безвізового в’їзду та 90-денного перебування в Німеччині широких категорій іноземців, пов’язаних з Україною.
Нові біженці з України
Підставою для в’їзду на територію Німеччини може бути:
Віза або чинна посвідка на тимчасове проживання (включаючи авто-продовжену)
В’їзд у рамках безвізового режиму (згідно правил – українське громадянство, біометричний паспорт) Метою поїздки може бути туризм, або відвідування родичів. Важливо памятати про самозабезпечення на час перебування, а також щодо наявності медстраховки. У ромадян України можуть також вимагати зворотний квиток.
Заява Asyl, НЕ тимчасовий захист/”24 параграф” а саме прохання політичного притулку, але це не є регулярним в’їздом.
Прикордонники зобов’язані відмовляти у в’їзді (Zurückweisung) згідно 14 та 15 параграфу (AufenthG) всім, у кого немає підстав для в’їзду.
