Уряд Німеччини не очікує досягнення згоди щодо проєкту бюджету на 2025 рік до 3 липня. Це стало відомо по інформації Reuters, яке посилається на джерела в уряді, відоме Європейській правді. Новою датою для очікуваної узгодженості є 17 липня. Це дасть змогу відповідати всім встановленим строкам подання проєкту бюджету до нижньої палати Бундестагу.
Німеччина не узгодила бюджет 2025
Представник Міністерства фінансів підкреслив, що консультації стосовно проєкту бюджету продовжуються, з метою досягнення політичної згоди та ухвалення урядом рішення до липня.
Недавно міністерка закордонних справ Німеччини, Анналена Бербок, попереджала про можливий розпад коаліції уряду через розбіжності щодо бюджету. Вона закликала партії коаліції знайти компроміс у своїх позиціях.
Найбільш суперечливим питанням у бюджетних переговорах є “боргове гальмо”. Лідер партії “Вільні демократи” вважає, що обмеження на позики має бути стримливим, у той час як СДПН і “Зелені” підтримують більш гнучкий підхід, який дозволить використання цього механізму з урахуванням ситуаційної необхідності, як під час пандемії коронавірусу.
Співголова СДПН попередив про необхідність послаблення боргових обмежень, щоб забезпечити необхідні витрати на оборону, які перевищують 2% ВВП, визначені НАТО.
Міністр оборони Німеччини Борис Пісторіус наголошує, що жорсткість обмежень на державне запозичення, встановлені законодавством ФРН, не повинні приводити до скорочення оборонних витрат.
