Москва кинула виклик усьому світу, і продовжує торгувати “чорним золотом” і дала. Але якщо діяти згідно затверджених міжнародних документів, то така ініціатива німецього канцлера дійсно може бути дуже корисною у плані дотримання санкцій.
24 червня Рада ЄС оголосила про нові антиросійські санкції, спрямовані проти танкерів, які входять до складу нафтового “тіньового флоту” Росії. Раніше в ЄС висловлювали занепокоєння щодо екологічних ризиків для Середземного моря через обхід танкерами санкцій.
